The newly introduced I'm Here feature enables patients to notify the office staff of their arrival for appointments with just a tap of a button. This feature initiates a chat conversation between you and your provider's team. Additionally, you will receive push notifications whenever you receive a message from your doctor, allowing you to respond securely and remotely within the app.
